Chari, Thanks so much for working with us yesterday! My father dropped the chairs off to our home in Ri yesterday, and this morning we sat out there drinking our coffee discussing future home projects. Just wanted to share a photo of the chairs on our porch. Max, The pergolas arrived right on time and with all needed material. I have two of the units installed and one to go. I can see that a lot of thought went into the design and production. The units are going up with only modest adjustments to fit some job site pecularities. Excellent workman ship. I am very very happy with the product.

The Pergola really is stellar, and your design features really lend themselves to our theme of an American \'Japanese Tea House\' with the layered and staggered entablature, rafter, and purlins. We have shown the Pergola to several neighbors and friends and now they are bringing their spouses and relatives to come look at it and its view overlooking the terraced garden.

The pergola looks amazing and you and your team went above and beyond the call of duty. I'd also like to thank you for helping to get our kitchen cabinets off the delivery truck and into our driveway. Max, Thank you, we are very happy with the pergola!! It looks great and the size and height are perfect, like you said. My husband and father-in-law built this entirely in the rain. It was a lot of fun for us to watch and hold umbrellas for them. They did a great job and even finished in a day and a half. Then a few days later, an extremely bad storm hit with nearby tornadoes and major tree damage and fallen trees throughout our entire town. The pergola remained intact, so we know that structurally it is good too. Well it is finally sunny again, so we could finally see how the sunlight filters in on the patio. The pergola really makes the patio an inviting place to be. Looking forward to many great times in our new outdoor area. Thanks again!

Dear Max, It's funny what can happen when the three stooges set out to erect a pergola. While we were ultimately successful, the process was a bit dodgy. Of course, had we curtailed our enthusiasm and actually READ the instructions first, it would have gone a lot easier. What ever damage was done was easily mended thanks to wood glue, a couple of hidden screws and some touch up paint. I couldn't be happier with your fantastic work. From the beginning to the end of the process it was so easy, and I have admit, the pool area is so much improved with this addition. Absolutely PERFECT. I'll send photos next time the sun is out. Oh yeah, we built it in the rain and it only took about four and a half hours. Many MANY Thanks!

We love our house and greatly enjoy the pergola. Every evening is spent under our new outdoor room that the pergola has created. A few photographers have already approached us for use in magazines, I think we will wait until all work has been completed and when the landscape grows in more. All the best, Steve
