Chris, Max Here is a picture (it looks pretty much just like the rendering you sent me) - obviously without the railings. I'll send you a better picture when it is all done in the end. As a cabinetmaker and woodworker, I send you kudos on your system, the communication that we've had, the quality of the product. It's a pretty simple kit that arrived and it installs just about as easily as your website suggests. On a personal level, it's really cool to make connections with other people that have the same sense of pride in their work. This stuff is as much about service as it is product.

Firstly, the pergola is the focus of our garden and patio area. It succeeded in bringing it all together as we had hoped. The shade is more than ample. I do not believe that I would change any of the specs or proportions if I had a chance to alter the order. As you can see by the shot of our boys sitting on the steps, that it worked out marvelously... All in all, we have received tons of compliments. Your attention to detail and quality construction is to be commended. Given the intricacies of this project and the need for it to be assembled, areas which were tight and snug needed squeezing here and there, but that is all. I'll be in touch soon.

It is freakin sweet Max, oh and by the way Deana Martin, Dean's daughter lives next door. We did a three story add on for them but she said it looks spectacular. Max, I like those screws you use, haven't seen them in Home Depot. I will upload a picture of the pergola with me resting underneath. It went together really well and things just dropped in - I kept expecting something to go wrong, but it fit together well from start to finish. Thanks for a quality product!

I have been meaning to send you these pictures of our pergola, showing the Shade Tree awnings, for over a year now. The pictures were taken in September this year, about a year after the pergola was first assembled. My brother and I had just finished washing the pergola with Murphy Oil Soap, and it had that wonderful, like new, honey glow.

I was worried that the joints would swell and be difficult to assemble in the rain. I had very little difficulty. They went together very well. The workmanship on the parts was excellent.

Max and Chris, Just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the pent roof you designed and fabricated. The fit came out perfectly, installation was easy, it\'s performing as designed (including headroom for my daughter\'s 6\'7\" fiance), and looks great, of course. Many thanks! Best,
