Max, I wanted to drop you a line on the pergola. I have received nothing but rave reviews on this "magnificent structure". All of our expectations have been meet and exceeded - your shop has done a great job. We are celebrating an engagement and it will get a lot of usage during that party. The pergola arrived safely, heck of a box you guys made. I fabricated the roof mounts, got the ledger installed, installed the columns and support beam - and wouldn't you know it... The rafters fit perfectly! I'd say it's a great success. 100% level and square - but took a lot of measuring. Thanks again! I'll send you guys some pics when I finish up and have the lights and fans installed. Just wanted to thank you for a heck of a product, I am very pleased.

Dear Max, It's funny what can happen when the three stooges set out to erect a pergola. While we were ultimately successful, the process was a bit dodgy. Of course, had we curtailed our enthusiasm and actually READ the instructions first, it would have gone a lot easier. What ever damage was done was easily mended thanks to wood glue, a couple of hidden screws and some touch up paint. I couldn't be happier with your fantastic work. From the beginning to the end of the process it was so easy, and I have admit, the pool area is so much improved with this addition. Absolutely PERFECT. I'll send photos next time the sun is out. Oh yeah, we built it in the rain and it only took about four and a half hours. Many MANY Thanks!

Chari, Thanks so much for working with us yesterday! My father dropped the chairs off to our home in Ri yesterday, and this morning we sat out there drinking our coffee discussing future home projects. Just wanted to share a photo of the chairs on our porch. While our porch is not quite completed, lattice, some garden work etc, the products we bought make our home that much nicer of a place to be and relax! Thanks again and have a happy Memorial Day!!

Max, I like those screws you use, haven't seen them in Home Depot. I will upload a picture of the pergola with me resting underneath. It went together really well and things just dropped in - I kept expecting something to go wrong, but it fit together well from start to finish. Thanks for a quality product!

Max, We couldn't be any happier with our new Baldwin pergola. We get a lot of jaw dropping when people see the project and they are drawn to the pergola. The service and quality you provided was outstanding. Our landscaper and his assistant did the construction of the pergola in only 4 hours. Before I made my purchase decision, I did get a quote from a local, highly-regarded pergola constructor. Baldwin's price was lower, and from what I've seen, I think the quality is higher. In summary, I'm pleased with how the pergola came out, and satisfied that I choose Baldwin as my supplier.
