Firstly, the pergola is the focus of our garden and patio area. It succeeded in bringing it all together as we had hoped. The shade is more than ample. I do not believe that I would change any of the specs or proportions if I had a chance to alter the order. As you can see by the shot of our boys sitting on the steps, that it worked out marvelously... All in all, we have received tons of compliments. Your attention to detail and quality construction is to be commended. Given the intricacies of this project and the need for it to be assembled, areas which were tight and snug needed squeezing here and there, but that is all. I'll be in touch soon.

Max, Thank you, we are very happy with the pergola!! It looks great and the size and height are perfect, like you said. My husband and father-in-law built this entirely in the rain. It was a lot of fun for us to watch and hold umbrellas for them. They did a great job and even finished in a day and a half. Then a few days later, an extremely bad storm hit with nearby tornadoes and major tree damage and fallen trees throughout our entire town. The pergola remained intact, so we know that structurally it is good too. Well it is finally sunny again, so we could finally see how the sunlight filters in on the patio. The pergola really makes the patio an inviting place to be. Looking forward to many great times in our new outdoor area. Thanks again!

I recently purchased a pergola kit from Baldwin Pergolas. It was a large custom pergola measuring about 16 by 36 feet. MAX!!!! You are unfriggin believable!  This thing went together so easy I still can't believe it. Especially when I went to measure down 28 inches on the posts to set the gussets and found that you had already put lines there.....Your attention to detail was great.  This whole thing slid together. I didn't have to touch one piece with anything but my hands. The most labor intensive part was screwing down all the purlins at the end.

The pergola looks amazing and you and your team went above and beyond the call of duty. I'd also like to thank you for helping to get our kitchen cabinets off the delivery truck and into our driveway. Thank you my friend, we just got done with the big pergola, it took longer to run the wires than it did to put the pergola together. It is freakin sweet Max, oh and by the way Deana Martin, Dean's daughter lives next door. We did a three story add on for them but she said it looks spectacular.
